We are in the hills of Scansano, land of Morellino and good food. Called by the real estate agency that had acquired the property, we went to make an inspection. The owner was immediately very enthusiastic and cooperative.

Luckily!!! because we were soon to go into Lockdown. During this period I exchanged emails and phone calls with the owner who was really good at following all my instructions. I had made her a report where I had written step by step for each room what she would have to remove or relocate. When we finally got out of the Lockdown I was able to go and do the fitting and photo shoot. Here the intervention served to give a bit of charm and a touch of romance to erase the too practical and not very warm look of the house.

By the way, there was a beautiful swimming pool and a nice porch around it, which had not been enhanced at all.
