The farmhouse for sale in Saturnia is a rare example of architecture, created by the famous Roman architect Ugo Luccichenti, who gave his design, which later became famous, to the current owner as a token of family affection.
Dating back to the 1970s, it features a semi-arched floor plan made entirely of Travertine bearing stone with wooden beam ceilings up to 6 meters high.
The charm can be felt from the entrance to the property and accompanies us throughout the house. The house arranged on a single floor, features a huge living room of about 70 square meters with French doors on each side leading to the park, a well-equipped kitchen with outdoor access, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the large private park we find olive trees and tall trees that screen the farmhouse giving it the tranquility and privacy of a retreat, while still being only 1.8 km from the village.
