Marzia and Enzo had been selling their house for 8 months but had received few visits and no offers, even though the price was not out of line. One of my clients told them about my services and how they could solve their problem.

When Marzia called me and I went to see the apartment, I knew immediately what the problem was. It was sad, uncoordinated, and looked much smaller than it really was. It was fully furnished but the furniture looked like it had been randomly thrown into the rooms.
I talked about home staging and the benefits it brings and, although a bit skeptical, they agreed to let me stage their home. The apartment was completely renovated so it needed neither minor repairs nor painting. There was a very strong Purple paint in the bedroom and instead of eliminating it, it became the "MOOD" of the staging.

The furniture was relocated, the sofas upholstered with light-coloured upholstery, the table set and carpets to match the palette were inserted.
